The mission of the Alliance Chapter Program is to provide local gathering points for LGBTQ+ and allied real estate and housing industry practitioners. We want to enrich members’ lives through education and networking opportunities that cultivate and grow their businesses and enhance their professional lives. We also aim to deliver rich advocacy and philanthropic platforms.
Our quest is to build the scope and influence of chapters at the local level through partnerships with local nonprofits and through programming that integrates LGBTQ+ groups like NGLCC, PFLAG, NFHA, and state and local real estate associations. We seek to increase the awareness and understanding of issues and challenges that confront LGBTQ+ customers.
Hi, I’m Kristine Milkovich (She/Her/Hers), your Western WA Chapter Director of Membership + Social. I call Shorewood, Burien my home, where I live with my wife, Chris, and our Frenchie, Panda.
I found my passion for real estate in 2013 after a long career in the beauty industry, where I was Director of Education & Training for L’Oréal USA. After 23 years, I pivoted to real estate, joining my sister to co-create The Milkovich Team at John L. Scott. My experience in leadership and client development has been key to my success as a top-producing broker.
I’m dedicated to fair housing equity and serve on the John L. Scott DEI advisory board. I’m also active as a GSBA small business owner, NAREP and HRC member, and Board Secretary at The Center for Active Living.
You’ll find me in our BIG Team van , guiding clients, leading classes, or attending conferences to stay sharp. Advocacy and inclusion are my driving forces, and I’m committed to making an impact in real estate.
