Competitive by nature and grounded in business savvy, Lisa Milkovich has been a top-producing real estate broker for more than 22 years.
In her past professional life, Lisa spent 10 years at Honeywell on a team that provided data and communications to Fortune 500 flight departments. Lisa headed up the department’s marketing and represented avionic products and services face-to-face at industry trade shows. The technical and detailed customer service she provided at Honeywell laid the groundwork for her success in real estate.
She came into the real estate industry with an “Everything Matters” motto and it propelled her from the start. To better understand her own potential, Lisa attended a Dale Carnegie seminar at the outset of her real estate career. She learned about the power of speaking into the future and set a goal to sell 30 homes. In her first year, she not only sold those 30 homes, but the final home she sold was to Carnegie’s daughter. She knew she was in the right business.
Lisa is a gifted negotiator with an extraordinary ability to win in multiple-offer situations. In truth, she looks forward to the challenge. She loves finding new strategies for winning, setting up successful processes from the beginning, and making client education a priority. She will go over every detail of a contract with her clients to ensure every question they have is answered clearly.
